How It Works
Content Creation
Start by generating content with any of your avatars. You can:
- Ask an avatar to write a social media post on a topic.
- Generate an image to accompany the text.
- Create a video clip for video-first platforms.
- Repurpose existing conversation content into social posts.
Write a LinkedIn post about how AI is transforming customer service.
Make it professional but approachable, under 200 words.
Include 3 relevant hashtags.
Platform Formatting
Once content is created, Karma One automatically adapts it for each target platform:
| Platform | Formatting | |---|---| | Twitter / X | Truncated to 280 characters, thread split if needed | | LinkedIn | Professional tone preserved, longer format allowed | | Instagram | Visual-first, caption optimized for engagement | | Xiaohongshu | Note-style with emoji and topic tags | | WeChat | Article format with rich HTML | | YouTube | Title, description, and tags optimized for search |
You can review and edit the platform-specific version before publishing.
Publishing Flow
- Create --- generate or write your content in a Karma One conversation.
- Select Platforms --- choose which platforms to publish to.
- Review --- preview the formatted version for each platform. Edit if needed.
- Approve --- confirm the content is ready for publication.
- Publish --- content is sent to all selected platforms simultaneously.
Tip: You can save drafts at any point in the flow and return to publish later.
Review Flow
Karma One includes a mandatory review step to prevent accidental publication:
- After content generation, you see a preview for each selected platform.
- Each preview shows the exact formatting, character count, and media attachments.
- You must explicitly approve before any content is published.
- Rejected content returns to draft status for editing.
For team environments, you can configure multi-person approval where a second reviewer must also approve before publication.
Multi-Platform Sync
When publishing to multiple platforms simultaneously:
- Each platform receives a version formatted to its specific requirements.
- Images are resized and cropped for each platform's dimensions.
- Hashtags and mentions are adapted (e.g.,
#topicfor Twitter, topic tags for Xiaohongshu). - Publication timestamps can be synchronized or staggered.
Scheduling
You can schedule posts for future publication:
- Select a date and time for each platform.
- Stagger posts across platforms for maximum reach.
- Combine with avatar autopilot to create a recurring content calendar.
AI-Generated Content
Leverage your avatars to create platform-native content:
@ContentCreator Create a series of 5 tweets about our product launch next week.
Include a hook, key features, testimonial quote, call to action, and launch day announcement.
@VideoScript Write a 60-second Douyin script about sustainable fashion trends.
Include visual cues and on-screen text suggestions.
Avatars with social publishing skills understand platform conventions and optimize content accordingly.
Analytics
After publishing, track performance across platforms:
- Views and impressions per platform
- Engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves)
- Click-through rates for posts with links
- Cross-platform comparison to identify which platforms perform best
Analytics data is available in the publishing history section and can be viewed per post or as an aggregate dashboard.
Content Repurposing
A single piece of content can be repurposed across formats:
- Long article to WeChat and LinkedIn to Twitter thread
- Blog post to Zhihu article to Xiaohongshu note
- Video script to YouTube video to TikTok short to Instagram reel
Ask your avatar to reformat content for a different platform, and it will adapt the tone, length, and structure automatically.
Best Practices
- Always review before publishing. AI-generated content may need adjustments for brand voice and accuracy.
- Use platform-specific avatars (e.g., a Xiaohongshu specialist) for higher-quality native content.
- Schedule content in advance to maintain a consistent publishing cadence.
- Monitor analytics to learn which platforms and content types resonate with your audience.
- Repurpose rather than duplicate. Adapt content for each platform instead of posting identical text everywhere.
- Start with 2--3 platforms and expand as you build a workflow that works for your team.
